Fairbanks Construction Academy (FCA): Residential Framing.

Success:
Elisha was excited to take Heavy Equipment Operating training in Fairbanks. After she completed the training she applied and was accepted in to the Alaska Operating Engineers’ Local 302 apprenticeship program.
